Do you wash linens?
Tell us how your rental handles laundry. If there is a washer and dryer on site, linen laundry can be added to the turnover; otherwise we remake beds with clean sets you provide.
Will you tell me about damage or missing items?
Yes. We note anything damaged, missing or left behind and send photos so you can handle it with the guest or the platform.
Do you clean long-term rentals too?
Yes. Long-term rentals between tenants are covered by our move-out cleaning service.
